Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using KT AI Learn (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
2. What the Service is
KT AI Learn provides SSAT vocabulary flashcards, spaced-repetition review scheduling, AI-generated practice questions, and related study tools. It is a study aid, not a guarantee of any particular test score or outcome.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Acceptable use
In using the Service, you agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or otherwise systematically extract the vocabulary content, practice questions, definitions, or other materials on the Service, whether by automated tooling or manual repetition;
- Copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service's content outside your own personal study use;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or circumvent any access, rate-limiting, or security controls;
- Share your account, or use another person's account without permission;
- Use the Service in any way that disrupts it for other users.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, and may log and review account activity to detect it.
5. Our content
The vocabulary sets, question banks, explanations, and other original materials on KT AI Learn are our intellectual property (or licensed to us). Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that content to you — you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own studying.
6. AI-generated content
Some practice questions, example sentences, and explanations are generated using third-party AI models. We try to keep them accurate, but AI output can occasionally be wrong or oddly phrased — use your judgment, and let us know if something looks off.
7. Termination
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KT AI Learn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any effect on test results.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
